Alpha Course (the "Course") is operated as a sole proprietorship by the individual identified in the merchant profile on our payment processor. In this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to that operator. Contact: support@1hour100k.xyz.
This Policy explains what personal information we collect when you enroll in or access the Course, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what choices you have.

We do not use any other subprocessors. If we add one, this list will be updated and the change will be noted in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

After the retention period for a given category expires, we delete or anonymize the data on a rolling basis.
The Course's infrastructure is hosted on services that operate globally (Cloudflare edge, GitHub Pages, Square's payment infrastructure). Your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. We rely on the subprocessor's lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/EEA data) — see each subprocessor's privacy policy for specifics.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@1hour100k.xyz from the address associated with your enrollment. We respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have rights as enumerated in Section 8. Additionally:
This site does not set any cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We use the browser's localStorage to remember a small amount of state between visits (specifically, the return URL stashed when you arrive from a partner system, used so the post-payment confirmation page can return you to where you came from). You can clear this at any time through your browser's storage settings; doing so will not affect your Course access, only the post-checkout redirect convenience.
Square's checkout page itself may set cookies necessary for payment processing — see Square's privacy notice linked above for details.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include TLS in transit (enforced on every endpoint), least-privilege access controls, and minimization of stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your account email and any credentials confidential.
The Course is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at 1hour100k.xyz/privacy.html with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes are announced via the email address associated with your enrollment.
