Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick summary: 14-day refund window if you have viewed less than 25% of the lessons in your tier. The Course is a one-time digital purchase — there is nothing to cancel after enrollment because there is no subscription or recurring charge. All refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.

1. Why a refund policy exists

The Alpha Course is a non-tangible, instantly-delivered digital good. Once a buyer has consumed a meaningful portion of the material, the value has been received and conventional return is not possible. The policy below balances that with reasonable consumer protection: a clear refund window for buyers who decide the Course is not what they expected, before they have substantially consumed the material.

2. The 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of the price paid for your tier if both of the following are true:

  1. The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase (date shown on your Square receipt).
  2. You have viewed strictly less than 25% of the video lessons included in your tier, as recorded by our automated lesson-progress tracking.

If both conditions are met, the refund is issued in full. There is no partial-refund tier — it is full refund or none, by design.

We will acknowledge within one business day and issue a decision within three business days. If the request qualifies under Section 2, the refund is issued the same day the decision is made.

5. Refund method and timing

Refunds are processed through Square to the original payment method only. This is a card-network requirement and we do not offer refunds in any other form (no cash, store credit, gift card, or alternate-card refunds).

The above are typical issuing-bank timelines and are not under our or Square's direct control. You can track the refund on the receipt link from the original Square email — it updates to "Refunded" when Square completes the transfer.

6. Cancellation

The Alpha Course is a one-time digital purchase for the tier you select. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing on any tier — including Lifetime Mastery, which is a single payment with permanent access, not a recurring license.

Because nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel after enrollment. If you want to stop using the Course, simply stop logging in. Your access remains available for the period defined in the Terms of Service, but you incur no further charges.

If you initiated a checkout session but did not complete payment, no charge was placed. Abandoned sessions expire automatically; there is no manual cancellation to request.

7. Failed or duplicate charges

If you see a duplicate charge or a charge for a tier you did not purchase, email support@1hour100k.xyz with the order references. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, refund the unintended charge in full regardless of the 14-day window or viewing percentage.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are dissatisfied with the Course, please contact us at support@1hour100k.xyz before filing a chargeback with your bank.

We commit to acknowledging refund requests within one business day. If your request qualifies under Section 2, the refund is issued — there is no benefit to filing a chargeback in that situation, and chargebacks impose processing fees and time costs on us that legitimate refunds do not.

Currently no promotional codes, discounts, or trial offers are in effect. If we offer such promotions in the future, the corresponding refund terms will be disclosed alongside the promotion. By default, refund rules in this policy apply to the price actually paid, not the list price.
