Disclaimer

Effective: 2026-05-15 · Last updated: 2026-05-15

This page applies to all content in or associated with the Alpha Course (the "Course"), including the homepage, marketing copy, video lessons, written material, calculators, reference libraries, community posts, support correspondence, and any other material we produce or distribute. By accessing the Course you confirm that you have read and understood the entirety of this Disclaimer.

1. Not medical advice

Read this carefully. Nothing in the Course constitutes medical, nutritional, psychological, psychiatric, or pharmacological advice. The Course is educational and informational. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed health-care professional who can examine you, review your medical history, and make decisions personalised to you.

Topics discussed in the Course include but are not limited to: hormonal markers and bloodwork interpretation, training protocols, dietary frameworks, supplementation regimes, sleep architecture, recovery modalities, cognitive practices, and stress regulation. For any change to your training, diet, sleep, supplements, or lifestyle, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition or are taking medication, consult a qualified physician before acting on anything you learn in the Course.

Do not delay seeking, disregard, or stop professional medical care because of something you encountered in the Course. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. No claims of specific outcome

The Course does not promise any specific physiological, cognitive, financial, or relational result. References we make to physiological or performance metrics — such as hormone levels, body composition, cognitive throughput, sleep quality, or athletic capacity — describe the topics covered in the curriculum and the methodology by which they are measured. They are not claims about what you personally will experience.

Individual outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to: your baseline health and genetics, your consistency of practice, the accuracy with which you implement the material, your concurrent medical care, your sleep and nutrition outside the Course, your environment, and chance. Many of these factors interact in ways that current science does not fully understand.

3. Testimonials

Testimonials shown on the site or within the Course are voluntarily submitted by enrolled students. They describe one person's experience and are not representative of any guaranteed or typical outcome. We do not pay for testimonials, we do not solicit them with compensation, and we do not edit them to change their substance. We may shorten testimonials for length and lightly copy-edit for clarity; the substance is preserved.

You should assume that any testimonial reflects a best-case or above-average experience because students who feel strongly are more likely to write in. Do not enrol on the assumption that you will replicate any specific testimonial.

4. Supplements, peptides, and prescription substances

The Course discusses supplementation in the context of published research. This is general education. It is not a recommendation that you take any specific compound. It is not a prescription. It is not a marketing endorsement of any product.

We do not sell supplements, peptides, prescription substances, or any ingestible product. We do not earn affiliate commissions on supplement sales. We do not direct buyers to specific vendors. Any decision you make about supplementation should be made in consultation with a licensed health-care professional who is familiar with your case.

Some substances discussed in scientific literature are regulated, prescription-only, or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Whether a substance is legal, safe, or appropriate for you is a question for a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Discussion of a topic in the Course is not a representation that the topic's subject is legal or appropriate for you to acquire or use.

5. Fitness and physical training

Programming discussed in the Course is general-population material. It does not account for your individual injury history, joint state, cardiovascular health, or other personal medical factors. Before beginning any new exercise programme, obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, faintness, sharp joint pain, or any other warning sign during or after exercise. You assume all risk associated with applying the training material discussed.

6. Diet and nutrition

Dietary frameworks discussed in the Course are general-population material. They are not adapted to medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorder history), pregnancy, breastfeeding, prescription medications, or genetic conditions. Consult a registered dietitian or physician before significantly changing your diet, particularly if you have a relevant medical history.

7. Mental performance and behavioural content

Content covering focus, dopamine regulation, sleep hygiene, stress practice, and related topics is educational. It is not psychotherapy. It is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a licensed mental-health professional. If you are experiencing significant distress, hopelessness, intrusive thoughts of self-harm, or symptoms consistent with a mental-health condition, seek professional care.

8. No financial, legal, or tax advice

The Course occasionally references topics adjacent to personal finance, contracts, or career decisions. None of it is financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant field before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.

9. References to research

Where the Course references scientific studies, those references are summaries provided for educational context. We attempt to cite primary sources but we may be wrong, references may be superseded, and study methodologies have limitations that are not always discussed in our summary. Treat any cited reference as a starting point for your own reading, not as a definitive conclusion.

10. Third-party content and trademarks

References to third-party products, brands, services, scientists, athletes, or other public figures in the Course are made for educational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation in either direction. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

11. Affiliate links and sponsorships

At this time, the Course contains no affiliate links and accepts no sponsorships. If this changes in the future, sponsored content will be clearly labelled as such and we will update this Disclaimer accordingly.

12. Geographic and regulatory limits

The Course is offered to adult buyers 18 and over, globally, where permitted by applicable law. Some content may be illegal, restricted, or considered the practice of regulated professions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your access to and use of the Course complies with the laws of your country of residence and the jurisdiction from which you access the Course.

If a regulator in your jurisdiction determines that any portion of the Course content is restricted in a way we cannot accommodate, your enrolment may be revoked and a pro-rata refund issued.

13. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future Course content (e.g., upcoming modules, quarterly cohort calls, planned updates to Lifetime Mastery) are aspirational, not contractual. We will make a good-faith effort to deliver what we describe, but the precise scope and timing may change. Your enrolment is for the Course as described at the time of purchase; future additions are gratis where we add them.

14. Errors and corrections

We will do our best to keep the Course accurate. If you spot an error — a misquoted study, a stale statistic, an unclear instruction, a broken citation — please email support@1hour100k.xyz. We update content based on student feedback and on changes in the underlying evidence base.

15. Survival

This Disclaimer survives any termination of your access to the Course and remains binding for any content you encountered while enrolled.
